18 Miles Per Hour

18 MilesPerHour is about riding through the world instead of just passing it by.
HAPPY FRIDAY. RIDE YOUR BIKE THIS WEEKEND, YOU CRAZY DIAMOND. So it was around this time in 1976 that the giant pig broke free from its mooring in London during the Animals shoot. Pilots were warned of a giant, flying pig.  I know, I know, that was post Syd, but if I’m gonna show anyone from Pink Floyd, it’s gonna be Syd. I’m a music snob that way. Interstellar Overdrive has always been special to me. His two bikes recently sold at auction for over $10,000. And the word “Vanilla” was nowhere on the frames. That’s some cred. Well that’s it. Go ride. And when you’re not on the bike this weekend, try watching a little Dark Side Of The Giro. Turn this on, then hit “play” on Dark Side Of The Moon right when the narrator opens the book to the Giro route map. Trippy.
